- 17.5% engagement, against a 2 to 3% benchmark
- About 4,000 followers to about 14,600
- One 32-minute call a month
Her webinars and talks, turned into posts a woman in perimenopause will save and a clinician will share.
Plenty to teach. No hours to post it.
Jaclyn has 14 years in practice, including building a clinic of 15 providers. Her Instagram was a fertility account with about 4,000 followers, and she wanted to widen it to perimenopause, menopause and women's health.
She had years of webinars, talks and podcast interviews to draw from. What she didn't have was the hours. One week of posting on her own showed her what was possible, and how hard it would be to keep up.
"I need a lot of support to do it."

A system that starts from what she already teaches.
- 01
One call a month
A 12-post plan across her four areas: fertility, menopause, hormone testing and stress. She adds what we missed and swaps what isn't her.
- 02
Written and designed for her
Captions, carousels and graphics built from how she thinks and the words she uses with patients. Nothing invented.
- 03
Talking heads that take minutes
We write the prompts, she films 90 seconds to three minutes, and anyone who asks gets the studies behind a post.

"We're getting results, we're having fun, and it's been one of those 'oh my God, this stuff actually works' moments. Life is good."
