These terms cover your use of healthyafco.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, that's OK, but please don't use the site.
02It's marketing, not advice
Everything here is marketing education. It isn't medical, legal, tax or financial advice. You're responsible for following your regulatory college's advertising standards, and for checking anything you post with them in mind.
03About results
The numbers in my case studies are real results for those clients, shared with their permission. Every practice is different, so they're examples, not guarantees.
04My content
The writing, designs, photos, characters and templates on this site belong to Healthy AF* Co. You're welcome to quote a line or share a post with a link back. Please don't copy whole posts, rebrand my templates or sell anything made from them.
05Working together
Services like social media management, branding and websites each come with their own agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
06Buying something
Digital products, like the Clinician Marketing Fix, are sold through ThriveCart. The price, what's included and the refund terms are shown at checkout, and those apply to your purchase.
07Links to other sites
I link to other websites when they're useful. I don't control them, so I'm not responsible for what they say or how they handle your information.
08The legal bit
I work hard to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided as is. As far as the law allows, Healthy AF* Co. isn't liable for indirect losses from using the site or acting on what you read here.
09Which laws apply
These terms follow the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
10Changes
