Hi, I'm Lauren

You weren't meant to DIY this.

You're a health pro, not a content creator. I build the strategy, visuals and systems that let you show up online without burning out.

I trained as a naturopathic doctor, and I still think like one. Now I run Healthy AF* Co., a small boutique studio that does the branding, websites and social media for naturopathic doctors and functional medicine practitioners.

My story

I'm not guessing. I'm bridging.

I'm a former naturopathic doctor turned content strategist, designer and AI nerd. I live on an apple orchard in Ontario with my husband, our two kids and a not-so-chill dog named Oscar.

Somewhere between patient care and launching my first landing page in 2014, I realized something weird. I loved the tech. The branding, the strategy, the backend puzzle of making everything connect. That was my jam.

These days I'm the unofficial tech whisperer for NDs who are so over Canva chaos and caption fatigue. And because I've been in clinic, when you say "I'm building a PCOS program" or "I want to explain gut health without dumbing it down," I don't need the long backstory. I know the language, and I know how to turn it into websites, visuals and captions that land.

A few things you should know about me
01

I'm obsessed with gardening.

Most weekends you'll find me building garden beds, researching perennials, or just happily covered in dirt. It's my reset zone.

02

Coffee is a core value.

The drip is non-negotiable. You'll usually find me fully caffeinated, in Claude, and absolutely thriving.

03

I devour romantasy novels.

Fairies, daggers, slow-burn tension. Give me a morally grey love interest and I'm all in.

What I believe

You shouldn't have to choose between something that looks good, works well and feels like you. So everything we make is practical, beautiful and functional. You get all three, always.

  • Practical.
  • Beautiful.
  • Functional.

"Seriously, somehow you got everything perfectly. You literally stole my brain and put it into posts!"
