Linking It All Together


Dr. Elaine Lewis is a Naturopathic Doctor and and all - around amazing practitioner. She has a strong focus in women's Health in her day-to-day practice and is also the the clinic co-owner of One Elephant. A mulit-disciplinary clinic in Oakville that is pushing the boundaries on collaborative health.


When we first started working together, one of the aspects that we needed to nail down was the vibe and feel of her personal brand (which is different than her clinic). So we got to work on her "Pretty Brand Era Pkg" . We needed to figure out the consistency pieces like font, colours, mood, textures and the 'feelings of her brand'.


My biggest question is always "How do you want patients/clients to feel when they come across your work or recommendations?"


I love the feminine & modern feel of @dr.elainelewis.nd mood board!!


It's classic, sophisticated but still approachable and warm.


Then it all comes together with a mood board & branding guidelines. So she can be consistent in her online presence. From socials to website to even handouts & print materials in her office. Everything can be cohesive now.

The Lead Magnet For Health & Wellness Professionals


Now, to work on the next stage of her project: The back end connection and design of her Landing page, email automation series for her NEW lead magnet!!


I know it's a lot of jargon. I'm sure you've heard about most of it. You know you need it, but are freaked out by all the tech involved, so you just don't do it.

Let's break it down a little. Here's a few questions we needed to answer:

  1. What's the Lead Magnet at its core? What's the juicy info or hot tips her community is dying for? Is it a guide, checklist, mini-couse, masterclass etc. Dr. Elaine treats a large population of women suffering from PMS, so (for her 1st lead magnet) we decided to put together a PMS questionnaire to empower women to better understand their symptoms.

  2. What's the Call To Action? What do we want someone to do after getting their hands on this awesome lead magnet? In her case, our goal is not only get prospective patients/ clients on her email list, but also invite them into a transformation with 1:1 visits.

  3. What's your 'special sauce'? You know, the age old question, "what's unique about you?'. Make sure to have an intro section at the beginning of your lead magnet so that people get to know WHY they NEED to work with YOU. This can be your why, your story or just the way to communicate. Show them your sparkle!

Landing Page For Better Periods

Next is the Landing Page. We used ClickFunnels for her landing page and designed a simple landing page that was optimized to gain leads. Our goals to get them on her list. We don't want a lot of distractions or other buttons to click. I want someone to 'opt in' and get the questionnaire. So we used a mock-up of the freebie to give the 'FOMO' and highlighted what they'd learn.


The other aspect to be mindful of, is making sure the page is also optimized

for mobile. Most people coming across your "stuff", are coming from LinkTree or other social links, so you need to make sure your mobile view is flawless.

The Nurture Sequence

Last but not least, we capped it off with a 3 email nurture sequence that highlights why she loves what she does, some aha moements about women's helath, how she can help and then invites them into care.


It's was aweseome to see the start finish on this project and can't wait for her PMS course coming out in the new year! But now she'll have warm leads and traffic to lauch too :)
